Chef Kenneth Trainer has worked in the field of culinary arts through the East Coast and Midwest for 36 years. He has worked throughout events such as the Olympics, Super Bowl, and NBA All Star Breaks. Chef Ken enjoys smoking and grilling meats with his wife, attending any kind of sporting events, and loves Asian foods.
Chef Tony Zinn’s core cooking technique or cooking style is classic French. He likes to use the most fresh and local ingredients if possible and teaching his cooks the value of correct cooking techniques. It always makes him smile when his cooks or guests rediscover the flavors of ordinary ingredients presented in dishes that they may have not had before. Or the use of truly fresh ingredients cooked correctly in dishes they consume regularly. Chef Tony enjoys woodworking and collecting exotic tropical plants in his free time.
